Healthy skin is beautiful skin, so we focus on restoration, nourishment, and preventing damage. This process promotes natural skin radiance. Your skin health is important and should be simple. HydraFacial offers a non-invasive treatment to improve your appearance and replenish soft tissue.
Step One: Cleansing and Exfoliating
The initial cleansing step is used to remove the dead skin cells to reveal a fresh, healthy layer of cells. Sandra uses a small deplaning device which opens pores and gently removes the uppermost layer of dead skin cells and debris. Patients say it feels like having an electric toothbrush gently spinning over their skin.
Step Two: Acid Peel
The peel is necessary to loosen dirt and debris from the pores. Many glycolic peels will sting your skin momentarily until it’s washed off, but not the treated used in the second portion of your HydraFacial procedure. This acid peel is gentle enough to result in a faint tingle, but the peel does not irritate the pores.
Step Three: Extractions
An automated vortex suction is used to clean the pores. Instead of using manual extractions, Sandra uses the vortex-extraction nozzle which acts as a vacuum to remove dirt and debris that clogs skin and causes breakouts.
Step Four: Hydration
Improved moisturization is a significant benefit of the HydraFacial procedure. This involves infusing the tissue with hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, and peptides. This combination of ingredients improves skin health in varied ways.
The antioxidants help repair skin damage, while the peptides provide the essential elements for improving cell structures. Additionally, hyaluronic acid reduces the appearance of facial wrinkles by attracting moisture to the treatment area, effectively plumping and smoothing skin.
Step Five: Protection
Daily Essentials product is applied to maintain and protect the results of the HydraFacial.
